STAFF PERCEPTION ABOUT LEADERSHIP STYLES APPLIED IN MANAGING TERTIARY INSTITUTION
FEDERAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (TECHNICAL) OMOKU
The study investigates perception of staff about leadership styles used by management. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 93 staff of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, and Rivers States.
Findings showed that management is considerate in their leadership styles, and decision-making is based on an open and democratic approach.
